On Sunday, August 30th, I’m hosting Nourish Wichita — a morning-into-afternoon women’s wellness gathering at The Odd Fellow Hall in Delano.
Think: a small market to wander, gentle yoga, a sound bath, and a slow, brunch made to nourish you — followed by a closing circle to send you back into your week feeling grounded and fully alive.
This isn’t about pushing yourself — it’s about coming back home to your body for a few hours, fed and held, with other women who get it.

10-10:45 arrival, market area w 8-10 vendors, mimosas&mocktails, fruit trays or lite food out (Jenn might do this)
10:45-11 settle at mats greet & framework for event
11-12:30 yoga, sound bath, journaling or some cool collective and reflective activity
12:30-12:40 bathroom and transition time
12:40-2 brunch (maybe a speaker or entertainment during)
2-2:10 transition and bathroom
2:10-2:30 closing circle
2:30-3 market and vendors opens back up
