Our Chef’s Collective Dinner #2 has arrived! The date is set for the 18th of September and will feature Chef Cedrick Thavone and Chef Gerard Rodriguez. The menu will be 8 Courses with each one including an alcohol pairing from mixologist Wm. Cody Lonergan. The evenings event agenda is as follows:
6pm – Doors will be opened for guest check in. Please arrive on time and enter through the “Point Guard Door” located off of Walnut.
6pm-6:45pm – There will be a Beer and Wine Mixer included with your dinner ticket in order to get to know some of the attendees you will be dining with. Seats are first come first serve and will be selected during this time, so if you have a larger party with you and would like to all set together please arrive early to claim your seats.
7pm – Doors will be locked and the dinner ceremony will begin
10pm – Desert Course will be served and the after dinner concert will begin.
